Concept :

This web-page is only intended to share some ideas about what i think about a small yet afordable ROV that can be built by an amator. It should be considered more as a guideline than an exact design description since the design of my ROV will certainly be evolving as construction reveals new issues. However, i fixed the main technical caracteristics and exact plans could come up at the end of the project, depending on your interest.
